Two posts in the one day - unprecedented!  I've been trying to knock the garden into shape.  Got broad beans, peas, garlic, onions and potatoes in the ground.  Tomatoes are doing well  in pots. 1-2 onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil

4-6 oz red lentils

Goes down a treat as a lunch with nice bread, as a sturdy protein-rich accompaniment to a light main course/bbq veggies and has always gone down a treat when shared with friends! I usually make it in summer when the herbs are fresh and abundant, but it can be done in winter with stuff from the supermarket. I forwarded it to everyone in the class.  Out of 8/9 participants, there were 4 scripts submitted.  I had my script storyboarded since Monday, but it was just getting around to taking time to write it up really was difficult.
